Meet the 3 J’s family – Joe, Joanne, and Joey and don’t forget our mascot, “Honey.” Since 2005, We have been running a small family own real estate investing company throughout the state of Delaware. 3 J’s operates 3 facets in the real estate industry – rental properties, flipping homes, and buying and selling mobile homes. Our company has invested in rental properties mainly in the Northern Delaware vicinity for over the last 20 years. We buy townhomes, clean them up and rent them at a reasonable price to provide affordable living.
We bought into the flipping property HGTV craze and have been buying, renovating and selling properties for over the last 7 years. During our time renting and flipping properties, we have purchased, renovated and sold mobile homes. As we started to buy, fix and sell more mobile homes. We realized our passion is working with the mobile homes industry.
After taking the Rich Dad Poor Dad Mobile Home and Park classes in 2010 and putting our education to work. We decided to take our business to a whole new level. Recently we had an opportunity to study with John Fedro at Mobile Home Formula. With the extensive knowledge we gained 3 J’s can serve you more efficiently and effectively in the mobile home community.
3 J’s wants to emphasize we are not realtors; our company offers services to comfortably and skillfully accommodate the mobile home buyer and seller. We also offer the buyer friendly and easy seller financing options to assist with buying a mobile home. Our company doesn’t just guide the mobile home customer with buying and selling but we are there to help with relocating a trailer and working with mobile homes on land.
